1. Get clear on the issues.

First, we get really clear on what the issues are being faced.

• What’s keeping you awake at night?

• Do you know specific areas that are holding you back?

• Are there limiting circumstances or beliefs you can identify?

• What is it that you know is an issue for you?

• Could there be other issues at play?

Shine Executive Coaching facilitates a deeper understanding of your current business challenges by engaging in a deep dive into your methodologies, processes, emotions, and actions, uncovering insights that may have previously been overlooked. By thoroughly examining your responses, we collaboratively illuminate any patterns, beliefs, or obstacles that may influence your business growth. This comprehensive exploration empowers you to make informed decisions and implement effective strategies to scale your business to new levels.

2. Develop a plan.

As with all longer-term projects, the best way to succeed is by creating an effective and executable business plan. Having created a list of the issues being faced, we start at the most pressing issue and work our way through the list. Sometimes a few issues can be interdependent. In these cases, we may take two issues together. Typically, though, we will create a priority list to create the greatest impact first.

3. Execute the Plan.

Once the plan is in place, we set milestones and goals that will create progress toward those goals. By taking any plan and breaking it into workable, doable steps, almost anything can be accomplished.

We will also create an accountability schedule—listing what tasks will be accomplished by certain dates. Let’s face it. We want things to happen, but without the positive pressure of accountability, it’s far too easy not to take the actions that create the results we want. Accountability helps keep progress on track—so you can see the difference in your business—and yourself.

4. Evaluate. Adjust. Repeat.

As we begin the journey forward, we evaluate progress and success as we go.

• What worked well?

• What areas could be improved?

• How can things be done differently to create greater success?

We adjust the plan based on this feedback to then create results more in line with those desired.
