Start with a free 30 minute clarity call by clicking HERE. Shannon will use this time to understand your current challenges, opportunities, and goals. The purpose of this call is to make sure coaching will bring value to your business, leadership role, or personal growth. It is a relaxed and meaningful conversation focused on you.2. Decision Time
After the call, both SHINE and the prospective client will take time to decide whether a coaching partnership is the right fit. There is no pressure and no timeline for the decision. Shannon limits the number of clients she works with so she can show up fully and serve well, so availability may be a factor.3. Set Your Coaching Cadence
Once both parties decide to move forward, you will work together to create a meeting rhythm that fits your needs, goals, budget, and availability. All coaching sessions are 100 percent virtual, which means you can meet from anywhere in the world without travel time or added cost.Getting started is simple. • 2 hours per month $1000 (one hour every other week)

At Shine Executive Coaching, we take your time and investment seriously. After every session, both you and Shannon will rate the meeting on a scale of 1–10. If the ranking is less than 9 or 10, we’ll discuss what could be improved for the next session. Each meeting begins with clear goals, and we are both responsible for keeping the session focused and productive. If, for any reason, you feel that no value was gained from a session, we will provide a full refund for that session. This is our guarantee.
