Victoria is SHINE's Director of Operations, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so our clients have an exceptional experience from start to finish.
With more than 8 years of experience supporting founders and growing businesses, Victoria has worked across operations, HR, project management, and strategic planning. She loves bringing order to complexity, building efficient systems, and helping teams turn great ideas into consistent execution.
At SHINE, Victoria oversees client onboarding, team operations, internal systems, marketing operations, and many of the projects that keep the business moving forward. Her goal is simple: to make every interaction with SHINE feel organized, responsive, and easy.
Victoria is based in Gatineau, Canada, where she works remotely and lives with her husband and daughter. When she's not keeping the wheels turning at SHINE, you'll likely find her exploring a local play space with her family, stopping by her neighbourhood cafe, or nose-deep in a good business book.

At SHINE, Mai builds high-converting sales funnels, manages our GoHighLevel platforms, and ensures all tech and automations are firing correctly, delivering seamless campaigns and an exceptional experience for our clients from start to finish.
Based in Japan, Mai lives with her family and draws daily inspiration from intentional living. Off the clock, you'll find her exploring outdoors with her kids, walking to the beach, tending to her urban garden, or enjoying arts and crafts.
